Observations

Eagle River: South Fork – Harp Mtn

Very stable conditions and great corn skiing on Harp mtn this afternoon. No avalanche activity observed in the surrounding area. The snow conditions felt stable because the top snow layer that warmed up in the late afternoon was only 2-3 in thick, sitting on top of supportable crust. Weather was sunny, blue skies and calm winds.
