Observations

Front Range: Rabbit Creek

Early on (1030-1100) minimal signs of instability even in wind loaded areas. Recent fresh snow was slightly wind deposited, making a more firm shallow(3-4inches) layer on top, but not slab. Cracks could be produced with effort on larger drift cornices, but very unreactive and stubborn to move. No shooting cracks/whoomphs/visible slides.
As the day progressed (1200-1300) winds increased, snow started to fall lightly, wind slabs were noticeably getting more firm with the soft snow still underneath.
