December 24, 2018 View this post on Instagram We followed #Santa into the #RabbitHole to get our #XMas presents early, and had to climb up this chimney! #ThompsonPass #snowpit in Pythonโs ๐ #Couloir in an un-sluffed area at 5250โ, 24* NE aspect, 47* slope, 300+cm HS, 115cm deep pit, ECTX. #Snow from the road to the summit of ๐ was only mildly wind-affected. We experienced no ๐ฉ in addition to promising stability test results. However, clouds and very light precip moved in from the south over the course of the day. Conditions may change this week with active weather.
